Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $4.99
  • Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days): $8.99
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $14.99
  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $50

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on our website or the carrier's tracking page.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes for expedited or express shipping
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (standard shipping only)
  • Certain remote locations (additional fees may apply)

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery
  2. Provide your order number and photos of damage (if applicable)
  3. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement

Address Changes

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been processed. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (Black Friday through New Year), processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
